Alan was a jack the lad and my first love he was a bit of a lad and a practical joker, he was killed
tragically in 1982 and was only 19 his death was a terrible shock to everyone and i was left widowed
at only 18 it was a difficult time his son had only just turned a year old it was like a nightmare i
remember waking up everyday thinking that it was exactly that but it was not.

When you feel you miss me most,
As time goes drifting by,
Each memory will prove to you,
That love can never die,
That while I left you far too soon,
I did not go alone,
For the Father sent his Angels,
